X-Biotech is dedicated to advancing the biopharmaceutical industry by specializing in the discovery and application of genetically engineered antibodies, with a particular focus on nanobodies.

Our expertise extends to the development and small-scale production of recombinant proteins using mammalian, prokaryotic, and yeast expression systems.

We provide high-quality biological reagents and raw materials—including premium antigens and antibodies—to support life science research and in vitro diagnostics (IVD).

Founded in July 2016, X-Biotech operates advanced R&D and production facilities strategically located in China.

The company's facilities span 1,500 square meters at the Zhongke Biological Base in the Taihe Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, and 2,700 square meters at the Chengdu Tianfu International Bio-Town, Sichuan Province.

It also features a 400+ square meter Class 10,000 cleanroom laboratory.

The company houses specialized laboratories, including a nanobody discovery and application research lab, a mammalian cell recombinant protein R&D and small-scale production lab, an E. coli and yeast recombinant protein R&D and small-scale production lab, and an analytical testing laboratory.

In addition, X-Biotech maintains pilot-scale platforms for recombinant protein expression in E. coli and yeast, as well as for mammalian cell selection, fermentation, and purification.

In the protein molecular weight marker segment, X-Biotech has established a robust annual production capacity of 500 liters, supported by standardized production lines and optimized manufacturing processes to ensure a stable supply for large-scale demands.
