Buffer Description
X10132E is a ready-to-use pre-stained protein ladder containing 6 recombinant proteins (2.7-40 kDa) with three chromophores; on SDS-PAGE, most bands are blue except the 40 kDa orange-red and 8 kDa green reference bands, and it cannot be heated above room temperature.

Description

The X10132E X-biotechTM Pre-stained Protein Ladder is a ready to use pre-stained mixture of 6 recombinant proteins ranging from 2.7 kDa to 40 kDa. Three different chromophores are bound to the proteins, producing a brightly colored ladder. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one orange-red at 40 kDa and one green band at 8 kDa, respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE.
