Description

The X10130E X-biotech^TM Pre-stained Protein Ladder is a ready to use pre-stained mixture of 9 recombinant proteins ranging from 2.7 kDa to 40 kDa. Three different chromophores are bound to the proteins, producing a brightly colored ladder. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one orange-red at 40 kDa and one green band at 10 kDa, respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE.

Important Information

● Do not heat the product above room temperature.
● Two reference bands: 40 kDa and 10 kDa
● X10130E contains 9 protein bands of 2.7, 4.2, 6.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 kDa.
