Description

The X10128E X-biotech^TM Pre-stained Protein Ladder is a ready to use pre-stained mixture of 11 recombinant proteins ranging from 10 kDa to 250 kDa. Three different chromophores are bound to the proteins, producing a brightly colored ladder. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one orange-red at 70 kDa and one green band at 25 kDa, respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE.

Important Information

● Do not heat the product above room temperature.
● Two reference bands: 70 kDa and 25 kDa
● X10128E contains 11 protein bands of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 70, 100, 130, and 250 kDa.
