Description

The X10119 X-biotech^TM Pre-stained Protein Ladder is a ready to use pre-stained mixture of 9 recombinant proteins ranging from 8 kDa to 250 kDa. Four different chromophores are bound to the proteins, producing a brightly colored ladder. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for three reference bands (one orange-red at 70 kDa, one orange band at 27 kDa, and one green band at 8 kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE.

Important Information

● Do not heat the product above room temperature.
● Three reference bands: 70 kDa, 27 kDa and 8 kDa
● X10119 contains 9 protein bands of 8, 16.5, 27, 33, 52, 70, 95, 130, and 250 kDa.
