Description

The X10116 X-biotech^TM Pre-stained Protein Ladder is a ready to use pre-stained mixture of 10 recombinant proteins ranging from 8 kDa to 180 kDa. Three different chromophores are bound to the proteins, producing a brightly colored ladder. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one orange-red at 70 kDa and one green band at 8 kDa, respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE.

Important Information

● Do not heat the product above room temperature.
● Two reference bands: 70 kDa and 8 kDa
● X10116 contains 10 protein bands of 8, 16.5, 25, 31, 41, 52, 70, 95, 130, and 180 kDa.
